Have You Completed the SC&RF Workforce Survey? Help Us Reach our Goal

(November 2,2023) - The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Foundation (SC&RF) is conducting its second Industry Workforce Survey to determine the state of the industry and is requesting all SC&RA member companies' participation. This survey will provide a comparison against the 2021 benchmark established, and includes a collection of data, unlike any other data collection in the industry. This data is collected anonymously, and will be analyzed and published to benefit advocacy efforts, member recruiting programs, and to enhance and grow the SC&RF’s ongoing workforce development initiatives. The data you will need to complete the survey includes average employee tenure; reasons for turnover/estimated turnover by percentage; recruiting methods; employees’ education level; and greatest challenge areas. The SC&RF's goal is to reach 150 respondents to ensure analysis and conclusions are appropriately placed. Respondents will receive a thank-you gift. To start the survey, click here.
