SC&RA Women’s Executive Roundtable Meets in Tampa

(August 22,2024) -In its third year, SC&RA’s Women’s Executive Roundtable changed venue from SC&RA headquarters to Sims HD in Tampa, and was hosted by Roundtable member Erika Sims last week. Attendees had productive discussions on human resource issues such as training, sales incentive plans, commission structures, and generational concerns. In addition, several business challenges were discussed such as increasing costs of equipment, bare vs. manned rentals, managing EMR and TRIR rates, and rising insurance costs.
