SC&RA ELECTS NEW LEADERSHIP SLATE FOR 2026-2027

 

- CENTREVILLE, VA. – The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association has announced its leadership slate for 2026-2027, led by new president Harry Fry, Harry Fry & Associates, West Newbury, Mass.

Along with Fry, SC&RA officers for the 2026-2027 term include:  

  • Vice President: Keith Settle, OXBO, Inc., Houston, Texas
  • Treasurer: Michael Vlaming, Vlaming & Associates, Vallejo, Calif.
  • Assistant Treasurer: Robert Weiss, Cranes1 Consultants, LLC, Stamford, Conn.
  • Chairman: Jim Sever, PSC Crane & Rigging, Piqua, Ohio 

Joining the SC&RA Board of Directors for three-year terms will be:

  • Mike Appling, LiftHigh Crane & Rigging, Houston, Texas
  • Kate Lampson, Lampson International, Kennewick, Wash.
  • Ingo Schiller, Uperio USA, Gilbert, Ariz.
  • Bryce Baker, Oxcart Permit Systems, LLC, Palatine, Ill.
  • Brett Berard, Berard Transportation, Inc., New Iberia, La.
  • Joanna Jungles, Anderson Trucking Service, St. Cloud, Minn.

Also joining the Board are three newly elected Group Chairs:

 

  • Allied Industries Group: Alex Ledger, U.S. Cargo Control, Urbana, Iowa
  • Crane & Rigging Group: Mike Tomaro, Fenton Rigging & Contracting, Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Transportation Group: Brett Berard, Berard Transportation, Inc., New Iberia, La.
